My friend, Carla, from Lafayette has probably made a king cake today. Mardi Gras, already, wow. It came so soon. I hadn't even thought about it when I looked to see when Easter is this year.
I didn't get near my fill of king cake this year because Mardi Gras came so quickly. They gotta do something about that...
